The Deputy Production Manager – Medical Device is responsible for overseeing the production process in compliance with ISO 13485, ensuring high product quality and timely execution. This role involves managing the production team, optimizing processes, and coordinating with quality, logistics, and planning departments. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of medical device manufacturing standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of the medical device production process in compliance with ISO 13485 requirements;
- Managing the production team and ensuring the appropriate level of employee competence;
- Coordinating production activities to ensure timely delivery and high product quality;
- Overseeing production documentation and ensuring process compliance with industry regulations;
- Collaborating with quality, logistics, and production planning departments;
- Initiating and implementing process improvement activities.
Qualifications:
- Higher technical education (preferred fields: production engineering, mechanics, biotechnology, biomedical engineering);
- Experience in a managerial position in the medical device industry;
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 requirements and medical device manufacturing processes;
- Understanding of production management principles and process optimization;
- Fluency in English;
- Highly developed organizational and leadership skills.
